QA/QC Introduction

Shield's quality control system is unique and advanced, including three steps:
1) Raw materials:
a) Coating-basic level on aluminum panel: with PVDF and polyester coating, finishing coat of Shield series aluminum plastic plate is completed with fully automatic high speed coating production lines. The surface is smooth, chromatism free, extremely adhesive and resistant against corrosion from acid, alkali or salt spray. Permanent application will not make the color change or coating fall off. Service length is over 20 years. PVDF finishing coat plate is the extremely ideal outdoors decoration material. it is very easy for maintenance and it will become as clean as new after washed out with water.  
b) Macromolecule: imported from Taiwan Area, made from hot-pressed and compounded high polymer plastics and macromolecule material for special use of handpicked aluminum plastic plate, It is firmly adhered and no breakage of conglutinated layer will take place.
c) Aluminum: adopting highest quality and highest purity southwestern aluminum foil as the radical material, equipped with advanced facilities, our professional employees control product quality. Insisting on the principle of "Quality and Customers Oriented", we implement the quality control system during the whole production process. These procedures include inspection and rejecting faulty or substandard materials during raw materials purchase, production and after-sales service
